In a rare display of courage and integrity, Immigration Officer Prince Orji Ugochukwu, popularly known on Facebook as Okeosisi Ugo, has reportedly rejected a ₦10 million naira bribe and two premium smartphones from a notorious ritualist and serial killer, Ezeani, also known as Ichie Billion, who was attempting to flee Nigeria through the Seme border.
According to exclusive information obtained by Naijausers from a family member of the officer, Ugochukwu identified the suspect—whose face had been circulating on social media—during a routine operation at the Gbaji checkpoint along the Seme road. The suspect, dressed discreetly and attempting to escape via motorbike, was recognized on sight by Officer Ugochukwu due to prior intelligence alerts.
“I saw a young man on a bike, face hidden under a cap. Something told me to look closer. I had seen his face in a viral alert about a ritualist on the run. I tried to stop them, but the rider sped off. I chased them down and caught up at the next checkpoint,” the officer stated in a message shared with Naijausers

Once intercepted, the suspect reportedly tried to bribe the officer with ₦10 million, an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and a Tecno Camon 19, begging for freedom. He claimed he was being set up by enemies who were angry that it was his “turn to become the Igwe” of his community.
“He kept saying it was blood money. He even said the iPhone was worth over a million naira. I told him I don’t want his money or phone. I was trained to serve, not to sell out Nigeria,” the officer added.
Officer Ugochukwu then took a photograph of the suspect, confirmed his identity through viral images, handcuffed him, and handed him over to the Seme Border Patrol Command.
The suspect, Ezeani, is said to be behind multiple ritual killings in Umumba, Ezeagu LGA of Enugu State, where several bodies were discovered in a soakaway pit within his compound. He and his alleged cult group have long been linked to ritual murders in the region, according to community sources.
The arrest marks a turning point in the manhunt for the man who referred to himself as “E dey play, E dey show”, and whose lifestyle flaunted unexplained wealth and mysterious titles.
